Your Life Is Like The Morning Fog. It’s Here A Little While, Then It’s

Gone.

 

THIS IS MY STORY

Betty Jean Smith Was The Baby Of Ten Children And Was Born September 4, 1952, To The Late Leon And Rendie Thompson In Raleigh Florida.

 

Betty Was A Loving Mother Grandmother, Sister, Aunt. Betty Enjoyed Singing, Dancing, Riding, And Watching Football.

 

Betty Attended Williston High School And Graduated In 1971.

 

Betty Smith Worked For The University Of Florida Where She Retired After 35 Years. Where She Met The Late Albert J Smith Her Husband And She Will Proceed Him In Death. She Was a Very Active Member Of New Zion A.M.E Church She Served As Choir President, Steward And Stewardess Board, And A Class Leader. She also was a Faithful Member of her Daughter’s Exalter Dedrie Godbolt Broadcast ~D’ BLOCK IS HOT Prayer and Praise Ministry via Facebook Every Thursday Night. 

 

BETTY MEMORIES WILL FOREVER BE CHERISHED AND HER PRESENCE WILL BE MISSED BY:

Two Daughters: Exalter Dedrie L. Godbolt And Bettye E. Collins; Three Stepdaughter: Alesia Smith-hall (Arthur Hall), Shaquita Jackson (Nathaniel), And Equilla Wheeler (Dexter); Seven Grandchildren: Nytrell Greenlee, Darrell Richardson (Jessica) Jermon Collins, Jylah Collins, Jada Collins, Bernard Nelson, And Cayson Glosson; Eight Great  -Grandchildren: Jayla Greenlee, Zayden Greenlee, Skylar Richardson, Nylani Greenlee, Josiah Richardson, Landon Richardson, Nyanna Greenlee, And Ciaro Richardson; Four Surviving Siblings Rosa Robinson, Curtis Thompson (Harriett), John Thompson Sr, And Dorothy Williams (Oliver). 1 Godbrother Dana Simmons; A Hosts Of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, And Friends as well a Special Son-In-Law Jerrel Collins.
