Mother Queen Esther Penny was born on October 16, 1924, to the Late Sam Cox And Cora Cox in Raleigh , Florida. 

A  time to Labor: Mother Drove School Bus For ten years., Mother also was a housewife.  

A Time To Worship : Mother Queen Esther Penny Was An Faith Full Servant And Member At Raleigh Church Of God By Faith, Where She Served As An Church Mother For Many Years She Was An Very Sweet Mother And Church Mother. 

A Time To Be Loved : Mother Queen Esther Penny Was Married to the late Deacon. Louis Penny Sr For Sixty-Nine years ,To This Union Six Children were born.

A Time To Die : On December 24, 2022,  Our Heavenly Father Called Our Dear Mother Queen Esther Penny To Rest. When He Called Her She Was Willing And Ready To Go.

Mother Is Proceed In Death By Her Loving husband Louis Penny, Sr. And Two Sons Louis Penny ,Jr. And Rudolph Cox, Sr.

A TIME TO BE REMEMBERED : Mother Leaves To Cherish Precious Memories :

Two daughters, Gwendolyn Bell And Martha Ray; Five sons Lawrence Penny, Sr. (Velma), Ezzard C. Penny (Christine), Adolphus Penny, Sr. (Donna), Patrick Penny , Sr. (Paula),  and Kennedy Hughes (Margret);One Brother- in- law, Amos Penny(Corrie) And Three Sister- in -laws Maryland Stewart, Henrietta Brown (Earl) and  Mother Charlotte Cox; A Host Of Grandchildren ,Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Sorrowing Friends.
