Seroy Burgman

Sunrise: December 30, 1932 - Sunset May 7, 2022

Mr. Seroy Burgman was born on December 30, 1932, to the late Flossie Sims Burgman and Willie Burgman in Williston, FL.   He attended Orange Hill School and Williston Vocational School.  

He worked as a carpenter and in the citrus fruit industry for many years until he retired at age 72.  After retirement, he enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with his daughters, grandchildren, dog "Roco" and reading his bible.  His favorite saying was "Whatcha Know?"  He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and cousin.  He will be dearly missed.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories: Five Daughters, Pearlie Jelks, New Port Richey, FL, Cassandra Young (Terry)Clearwater, FL, Tamara Rayford, Aubri Burgman, Williston, FL and Asa Blocker, Lake Wales, FL  25 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, Sister Roxie Mae Jackson, Williston, FL, 25 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  Special thanks to Caregivers/Daughters Fernetta and Carlotta Rayford for helping take great care of our dad.

Mr. Seroy was preceded in death by her parents Flossie and Willie Burgman, Son Orian Robinson, Daughter Beulah Pavlin, 5 sisters, and 5 brothers.
