Zelma Mitchell Watson passed away peacefully on November 25, 2024 at the home of her beloved and late niece Ella Mae (Speed) Young. She was born on September 10, 1921, to the late Morgan & Mita Mitchell. She was married to The late Ernest E. Watson.

Missed for her vibrant personality and her quick wit. Zelma had a unique way of sharing her laughter, her stories, or simply her presence. She had a zest for life that lasted well into her 103rd year, and her strength, resilience, and sense of humor will forever be a part of her legacy. She lived a full life surrounded by those who cherished her, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
